experience includes sampling and monitoring of groundwater and soil for
various contaminants. Dustin combines his education, experience and strong
problem solving abilities to help achieve the goals and objectives of our
clients.
CHENG-PING HWANG, M. Sc., P. Eng.
WATER AND WASTEWATER ENGINEER
Mr. Hwang has over 40 years of experience in the field of water quality
engineering and wastewater management. His knowledge and expertise make
him one of our province's foremost authorities on the subject of water and
wastewater treatment.
He has also contributed his skills to other countries. He was invit ed by the
China Science and Technology Exchange Centre in Beijing to exchange
modern technology in the fields of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater
treatment. The World Health Organization asked for his services as a
consultant in presenting lectures regarding the Management of Wastewater
Treatment. And he has lectured in Taipei, Taiwan concerning digested sludge
disposal.
In 2001 Mr. Hwang was awarded the Water Environment Federation's
William D. Hatfield Award "for outstanding performance and professionalism
in the operation of a wastewater treatment facility".

National Water Research Centre (NWRC) from 1994 to 2003. Ibrahim has also
published many articles in prestigious journals and conferences.
Ibrahim was involved in many reclamation projects and geophysical and
groundwater field studies. He complemented his experience in studying the
flow of solutes in porous media through studying reclamation of heavy clay
sodic soils for mega reclamation projects.
He has also worked on the contaminant transport in groundwater reservoirs,
focusing on exploration of the stochastic modeling potentials of multi -phase
flow of contaminants in groundwater systems to assess the environmental
impact of such hazards. Through this research, he has gained considerable
experience in the field of Hydrocarbon flow and use of Groundwater modeling
using tools like Groundwater Modeling and Simulation (GMS) Systems.
